Project Summary
This project was under a Design/Build contract. We were contracted to design and build an 11,600 sf Butler Manufacturing pre-engineered equipment storage building. This building was designed as a drive thru so the cranes have easy access to the building. This building features the pre-punched BRII Roof & Wall Panels.
This project was unique in the fact that the grade of the existing parking lot was left in tact so the foundation needed to be designed larger as none the loads could be tied to the floor slab. Each foundation pier needed to be constructed as a different height to allow for the grade changes within the building.
