Project Summary
This project was constructed using the Design - Build process to construct a new 3,000 sf addition on to the existing home and to provide exterior renovations.
The new addition included a Grand Entry, Kitchen with a walk in pantry, custom cabinetry and granite countertops, Great Room with fireplace and custom entertianment center, and Master Suite with fireplace, walk in closets, linen closet, custom cabinetry, whirlpool, and a custom shower.
The renovations included removing the existing Garage and relocating it to the east side of the home, constructing an Entertainment Room, Mud Room, Guest Bathroom, Mechanical Room and to install new siding, stone veneer and roofing to the existing home. A new concrete patio and driveway was constructed.
Craig and Sue assited in the construction by coordinating the ceramic flooring, painting and landscaping.
